Holy Week at Granada

PALM SUNDAY

April 13

Traditional Service at 9 am Contemporary Service at 11 am

This is a special Sunday where we commemorate the triumphant entrance of Jesus into Jerusalem.

Children from our GranadaKids! Ministry will process with palms and then sing “Hosanna, Loud Hosanna” with the choir.

There are special children’s activities during both services.

This reverent and reflective time, a favorite for many, reminds us of the evening when Jesus had his last supper with the disciples. This is a Tenebrae service with the coming of darkness. We will be celebrating the Lord’s Supper and collecting a mercy offering.

Éste es un Servicio de Tinieblas con la llegada de la oscuridad. Celebraremos la Cena del Señor y levantaremos una ofrenda de misericordia. Nos reuniremos en el santuario principal.

FLOWER CROSS

April 19

Let’s fill the cross with life! We will place an empty cross by the front steps of the sanctuary. You are invited to fill it with flowers as we await Easter. This has become a favorite Granada tradition. Come on by at any time starting on Saturday, April 19 to place any kind of flower on the cross.
