Time to get that super-duper costume out for the big day! Think about your favorite hero and what they stand for. Then, think about who you are and what you stand for. It could be anyone and anything you’d like. Here is an example: You could dress up as a stormtrooper and stand for peace. You could be Elastic Girl and stand for justice. You could be Elijah and stand for worship of the one true God. As you get ready for Hero Sunday, keep this in mind and answer this: Who are you? And What do you stand for?
Don’t forget to bring your Hero ID Card and an awesome hero costume on Sunday.
Mom and Dad, please drop off some hero power in the candy bin prior to Hero Sunday. The bin is located in the Welcome Center were kids are checked in.
Hey Little Heroes, we need you! Compassion Day is a great day for all of us to put our powers together and help the Boys & Girls Club on Kendall Drive. See you there on October 26 at 9 am. Visit granadachurch.com/compassion. Costume not needed for this day.
